MY ROLE
Joined as Senior Product Designer and grew to Design Lead within six months. Led a team of 3 product designers and 6 graphic designers, responsible for brand, design system, and product design across the full suite. Worked directly with the CEO, operating both as a hands-on designer and as a design leader.
CONTEXT
Entangle was building cross-chain infrastructure at serious technical depth: a protocol spanning data feeds, messaging, bridging, and asset transfers across any blockchain that reached 190K+ users, 1.35M transactions, and 65+ ecosystem integrations. Designing for systems where a single action touched multiple chains simultaneously, with trust and clarity as hard requirements.

THE PRODUCT
01
CHALLENGE
Entangle Hub needed to serve two distinct audiences at once: technical users monitoring blockchain and protocol activity at transaction-level granularity, and participants looking to stake, validate, or become transmitters. The product existed as a proof of concept, functional but without a coherent experience or brand presence.
SOLUTION
Transformed it into a full product: clear use case flows for staking, validation, and transmitter onboarding alongside a real-time explorer tracking every transaction and cross-chain message. All wrapped in a visual language that finally matched the brand.

CHALLENGE
Initially, UDF existed as technical documentation only. A cross-chain price data stream with no interface. Developers had to integrate blind, with no way to validate what they were connecting to before committing.
SOLUTION
Designed a portal around the feed: real-time data visualization for pre-integration validation, and a full subscription flow: API keys, onchain payment configuration, without ever leaving the interface.

Universal Token Standard & Photon Bridge
CHALLENGE
Any token, any chain, but no interface to make it accessible. Wrapping tokens cross-chain and bridging them required a tool that non-technical users could actually use.
SOLUTION
Designed both from scratch: a token wrapping interface for turning any token cross-chain, and a bridge for sending it there. Simple flows for a technically complex ops.
