First gaming NFT marketplace on Sui, launched pre-mainnet. Secured Mysten Labs partnership. 300K+ users and millions in volume in the first year.

CONTEXT
After Entangle shut down, we explored ways to give new life to the tech. This was an early prototype of a cross-chain swap running on the Universal Interoperability Protocol (UIP) — one of the explorations that eventually led to Trillion.

Sole designer from day one. Built brand, product, and full trading UX. Grew from IC to leading a team of 4 across product and marketing.
CONTEXT
One of the first DEXs on Solana: spot trading and AMM pools in one platform. Product reached $140M TVL; team raised $9M in funding.
